From All Airports Pick-ups we offer up to 45-MINUTES of waiting & car park fee from the landing time of your flight as complimentary. Any time in-excess to the first 45-minutes from the landing of the flight will be charged in accordance with the current tariff of £76 per hour plus car park for E Class and £96 for LWB-MPV plus car park.
Your driver will come in to the terminal 30-MINUTES after the landing-time of your flight and will wait in the arrival’s lounge with your name board. Please CONTACT our duty controller immediately on the numbers in your booking confirmation, should you have any problem locating your driver.
Please note from all Railway Stations we offer up to 20-MINUTES of waiting & car park fee from the PICK-UP TIME as complimentary. Any time in-excess to the first 20-MINUTES from the PICK-UP TIME will be charged in accordance with the current tariff.
For All Pick-ups Other than the Airports, Seaports and Railway Stations we offer up to 15-MINUTES of waiting & car park fee from the PICK-UP TIME as complimentary. Any time in-excess to the first 15-MINUTES from the PICK-UP TIME will be charged in accordance with the current tariff.
For All London sightseeing tours & as directed bookings, any time in-excess to the first minimum of 4-hours from the PICK-UP TIME will be charged in accordance with the current tariff of £72 per hour plus car park for E-Class and £96 for LWB-MPV and S-Class plus car park.
It is impermissible to consume food or alcohol under the safety and private hire insurance regulation; unless special-permission is obtained at the time of booking a suitable vehicle as a part of client’s journey for special occasions.
Driver will stop, load / unload passengers or luggage only where it is safe and compliant with the local parking restriction in-force to do so.
Please ensure that you have chosen the right vehicle for your journey in-terms of number of passengers and luggage.
Please note due to safety and private hire insurance regulation, CHOFFOR will not carry any suitcase inside the vehicle cabin, therefore all luggage must fit within the trunk of the vehicle.
Vehicles booked by the client, those are not suitable for either the number of passengers or the amount of luggage, will be subject to extra charges, also may result in a delayed transfer and if cancelled will carry a full charge as booked.

For All Blue-Badge Guide Tours & As Directed Private Excursions, any time in-excess of the time agreed & allocated from the PICK-UP TIME will be charged in accordance with the current tariff of £145-per-hour for E-Class and £185-per-hour for V-Class and S-Class Mercedes.
Purchase of entry tickets to all attractions and events will be subject to a £2.50 surcharge per entry and event ticket.
Extending a tour: If clients wish to extend their tour beyond the agreed booked time, this is normally possible. Subject to agreement about the additional expense this will incur.
Children under 17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during a tour except by prior agreement.
Seat Belts and Child Seats: UK law requires seatbelts to be worn by all occupants of a moving vehicle.
Clients are responsible for providing an appropriate child car seat for babies and small children. With advance notice your Driver Guide may be able to supply a suitable child seat at an extra charge.
No Smoking: UK law forbids smoking in any vehicle operated by a driver-guide.

Payment Terms
Prices are quoted and must be paid in GBP. (UK Pounds) and can be paid by Visa or Master debit or credit card as well as bank transfers.
All reserved Airports and Local Transfer Chauffeur driven car journeys: Payment must reach us 24-Hours prior to the booking date of your journey. Bookings made less than 24-hours’ prior to the scheduled pick-up time must be paid as soon as the order is accepted.
For Blue-Badge Guide Tours & Private excursions: Payment is due from the moment the order is accepted and must reach us 14-Days prior to the booked date of the Tour for us to be able to guarantee and secure the products (Entry or Event Tickets, Restaurant Booking, Tour Guides and Chauffeurs etc.) purchase as part of the Tour. Tours booked less than 14-Dyas prior to the booking date must be paid in full as soon as the order is accepted.
Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.
Cancellation Policy
All reserved Airports and Local Transfers Chauffeur driven car journeys MUST BE Cancelled 24-Hours prior to the scheduled pickup time with no charge VIA THE EMAIL. Cancellations occurring with less than 24-hours’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup time or bookings made within 24-hours of the pick-up time, if cancelled will result in FULL CHARGE.
All reserved Blue-Badge Guide Tours and As-Directed Private Excursions MUST BE Cancelled 14-Days prior to the scheduled pickup time with full refund (less incurred administration charges and Purchase cost of any entry tickets) VIA THE EMAIL.
Cancellations occurring within 8 – 14 days prior to tour 50% refund (less incurred administration charges and Purchase cost of any entry tickets) VIA THE EMAIL.
Cancellations occurring with less than 7-Days’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup time or bookings made within 7-Days of the pick-up time, if cancelled will result in FULL CHARGE.
The Choffor Limited is not responsible for cancellations due to unscheduled closures by third party suppliers, or events beyond its control, but it will take all possible steps to offer an alternative. In the event of your Guide considering that you should not attempt to do a specific tour – for example because of unexpected adverse weather and there is no mutually agreeable alternative tour, you will receive a full refund for any monies paid for guide services.
The Choffor Limited’s cancellation policy will not be varied to accommodate clients who cancel tours because of conditions prevailing outside the UK. Such costs should be recovered from clients’ Travel Insurer.
